What to Expect
🌞 8:45 AM: Arrive early for check-in and to ground yourself in the vibrant energy of the solstice.
🌀 9:00 AM: Set intentions for the season ahead, embracing the fullness of light and abundance that summer brings.
🎶 9:15 AM: Immerse yourself in a 45-minute sound bath featuring crystal sound bowls, Koshi chimes, and other healing instruments. Let the soothing vibrations realign your energy, release stagnant emotions, and inspire clarity for the months ahead.
🧘♀️ 10:00 AM: Flow into a gentle, all-levels slow flow yoga practice, designed to awaken your body, cultivate vitality, and connect you to the fiery energy of the sun.
